Audi Q7: A/C System Versions

"Low" A/C System Version

  Note

There are different versions of the Audi Q7 A/C system depending on the vehicle equipment.

Identifying features of a "Low" A/C system version

  • Front A/C Display Control Head -E87- version -A-

  • There is no Rear A/C Display Control Head -E265- (version -A- or version -B-)
  • Front heater and A/C unit in the "Low" version. Refer to → Chapter "Overview - Heater and A/C Unit".
  • Rear air duct (no air distribution housing and no rear heater and A/C unit). Refer to → Chapter "Air Ducts and Vents in the Rear Vehicle Interior, Low A/C System".

"Mid" A/C System Version

Identifying features of a "Mid" A/C system version

  • Front A/C Display Control Head -E87- version -A-

  • Front heater and A/C unit in the "Low" version. Refer to → Chapter "Overview - Heater and A/C Unit".
  • Rear air distribution housing (no rear heater and A/C unit). Refer to → Chapter "Air Ducts and Vent in rear Vehicle Interior, Mid or Mix A/C System".
