  Note Information regarding the Windshield Defogger Control Module -J505- and activation of the Windshield Defogger -Z2-. Refer to → Chapter "Windshield Defogger". Removing - Turn off the ignition. - Remove the glove compartment. Refer to → Body Interior; Rep. G

 Footrest, Removing and Installing

Removing - Pry off the cap -3- with a small screwdriver. - Remove the bolt -2- underneath. - Pull the footrest -1- downward -arrow- and remove it. Installing Install in reverse order of removal. Installation notes, for example tightening specifications, replacing components. Refer
