General Description
Using the signal from the Camshaft Position Sensor -G40-,
the precise position of the camshaft relative to the crankshaft
is determined very quickly when the engine is started. Used in
combination with the signal from the Engine Speed Sensor -G28-,
the signal from the Camshaf
Removing
- Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to
→ Body Interior; Rep. Gr.70; Front Door Trim Panels; Front Door
Trim Panel, Removing and Installing.
- Disconnect the connector -1-.
- Release the catch -arrow B- on
the cable -2- downward from the
support brack
